About Me

My name is Erik and I’ve been a personal trainer for about 7 years now. I have always been interested in working out and staying healthy and I’ve been doing so regularly since I was 12 years old.

I hate to see people who work out all the time and don’t see the results they want. Because I know what works and what doesn’t, I decided to start this site to help people get more information about how to keep your body performing at its best all the time and to start looking your best as quickly as possible.

I admit, when I first started working out there were a lot of things that I did not know about that would have really helped me. Now that I know what products to use and what supplements bring the best results (at the best price) I am far more able to help other people and give recommendations.

    I think it’s not necessarily true that there’s a best workout for any one person. I’ve rotated a few workouts and find that they all work. The most important thing is that when you do workout, give it your all and I personally do 5-6 sets of 6-10 reps while increasing weight over time. Also, make sure you’re giving yourself long enough between working the same muscle groups that you can recover. Finally, eat PLENTY of protein and you’ll rebuild muscle faster. Using Nitro Powerstorm just helps that whole process go a lot smoother.
