Types Of Creatine
Types of Creatine
There are different types of creatine, and they can each work in different ways. Some are metabolized quickly into your bloodstream and some are metabolized more slowly and actually last longer and work more effectively.
Creatine monohydrate is one supplement that I have found to work well, because it is absorbed into the body quickly but still stays in your body for several hours. This helps you to benefit from the creatine all day rather than just crashing a couple hours after your workout, or worse yet, before your workout is over.
The best creatine supplements actually contain multiple kinds of creatine, and that’s what sets them apart from other supplements. If your supplement contains, say, 3 kinds of creatine, you get a boost before your workout, another one in the middle, and you have the after affects that take hours and hours to wear off so you can benefit from your supplements all day long.
The supplements I recommend, called PowerStorm Creatine, actually has 3 different kinds of creatine in it so it does what I mentioned above.
Feel free to read more about the creatine supplements I recommend on my creatine supplement reviews page. I can promise you that if you have a good supplement, your workouts will be so much more productive than if you do not have a supplement you are using.
