Nitric Oxide Side Effects
If you are at all considering using nitric oxide when you work out, this may be of interest to you. I’ve been using supplements for years, and I’ve been using Nitro Powerstorm for at least the last couple of years.
Lots of people ask me about nitric oxide side effects, and as of right now, I have not personally experienced any. However, that’s because I use it exactly as I should. People who use it incorrectly could very well see some pretty big problems and could end up stopping taking it because of negative side effects.
The first side effect that I have hear about with nitric oxide is that it does “expand” your veins, which allows your muscles to get more oxygen during your workout. If you take too much, however, you can feel “jittery” or even shaky. However, I’ve found that most people do not have this problem using just the normal dosage. If you do start to feel jittery when you take it, just cut back on how much you are taking and you should be fine.
Another nitric oxide side effect that I have heard of is “digestion problems.” Plain and simple, if you take WAY too much of it, it can give you the runs. I don’t have that problem because I don’t take too much, but if you take 3 times as much as the recommended amount, it may affect you. So, just don’t do it and you won’t have a problem.
Finally, the last side effect I have observed from nitric oxide supplements is that some people get head aches when they take it. I can assure you, however, that the only reason someone might be having a problem is that they don’t have enough water in their body. Like I said, nitric oxide allows more blood to pump into your muscles so they are more efficient, so if you are dehydrated, you will definitely feel it in your head. I had that problem when I first started working out a VERY long time ago, and so I started drinking plenty of water before and during my workout and then I was fine.
In short, don’t take too much nitric oxide supplement and make sure you drink enough water and you won’t see any negative side effects from nitric oxide supplements, unless of course you think bigger muscles is a negative side effect.
